Part I
As Authorized Agent for applications as required by the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia.
To commit as your “Sponsor” by entering a “Personal Bond” with the Malaysian Government for the applicants.
To provide consultation and qualifying the applicant based on the latest rules & regulations.
To advice all necessary and correct documents required by the authority for the application.
To summarize and guide on preparing all documents and ensure all required documents are well-prepared & completed prior to submission to the authority; which is very important.
Submission of complete application documents together with our recommendation letter to the authorities for approval.
To liaise with the authorities on any problem or making appeal pertaining to the application (as application terms may change).
To monitor and follow up with the relevant authorities to speed up the approval (this is very important to ensure your file is going through a smooth processing progress).
To update applicants on progress of application and the approval results.
To collect the conditional Letter of Approval from The Authority and forward it to the applicant.
Part II
To provide consultation on the procedures, details and documentations require to receive the endorsement of Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) and Social Visit Pass (SVP) in a efficient and smooth and comfortable manner.
To assist in financial depositing (if required) with a local Bank.
To assist in arranging Medical Check-Up & obtaining the report.
To assist in arranging Medical Insurance or applying for waiver with the authority.
Accompany the applicants to go through the procedures to obtain the endorsement of the Social Visit Pass (SVP) and the Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) at the Malaysia Immigration Department, Putrajaya.
To advice MM2H holders on incentive, rules and regulations under this programme.
MM2H holders shall be registered as our “RICHMOND - MM2H members” and shall be constantly inform any update / issue related to the programme and enjoy the benefits give to our members. e.g. Corporate rate for Hotel, Early-bird discount for Properties, and etc.
